Eligibility: MBA with 2 years experience

Trainee-CEOs will apply classroom knowledge on their selected business ventures and will be able to experiment their ideas and learn from outcomes.
They will develop understanding of Business Projects and will be trained on Marketing Research, Organizational Structure, ERP and Accounting Systems, Product Creation & Other Business Aspects required to lead a Company.

Students will get proper guidance at every step of their project and their learning will bring a creative Leader out of them.

From first semester students will launch companies at the expense of University of South Asia.

This is the most unique teaching program that offers fully funded scholarship, Free Hostel, Meals and Monthly Stipend of Rs. 100,000 from 2nd semester and Rs. 200,000 from 3rd semester. On Completion of MBA-CEO Program, every student will be offered a Salary package of Rs. 500,000.

There is no concept of Supplementary exams in the MBA program. Students have to pass by using as much help as they need. In case they fail they will be dropped out of the program and will be Awarded Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.

Professional Work

Students are exposed to professional work relevant to their specialization. Such work will be used to generate funds. Students will be entitled to a share of 10% revenue generated from these activities. Revenue calculation will be done by USA.

Job Assurance

Every MBA Graduate will be provided a Job with a salary of Rs. 200K by USA after 2nd year of studies. These Jobs can be part of USA projects or in other companies.
